Revamped Listing Process
Redesigned the listing process to improve efficiency. Sellers now begin by entering the watch name, which is matched against GMT24’s database. Once a match is confirmed, the watch details are auto-filled to streamline the submission.
Subscription Tiers
Implemented subscription tiers allowing sellers to list watches for free with limited benefits or opt for an advanced listing option offering more benefits for a small fee (e.g. delivery by GMT24) ultimately diversifying GMT24's revenue streams.
Structured Price Negotiation
Revamped the price negotiation feature by introducing a chat-based functionality for buyers and sellers to negotiate prices in a structured and effective manner. Users can propose price offers using predefined reasons (e.g., “item condition: scratches”). Additionally, the offers buyers are able to propose are determined by the sellers' preset pricing range ensuring a fair transaction.
Branded Micro Interactions
Animated GMT24's logo to add motion and visual interest to the app's onboarding, splash, and loading screens.
