CHALLENGES
Stressful Decision Making Process
Lack of Support for Multiple Subscriptions
Difficulty Tracking Needs
Manual Product Restock
Manual Product Restock
Parents found it exhausting to constantly track and restock essential baby supplies on their own and wanted an easier way to fulfill this task.
Difficulty Tracking Needs
Babies’ rapid growth means continuous changes in the products needed to accommodate them. Parents struggled to keep track of these changes and adjust their purchases accordingly, often ending up with products that were no longer suitable.
Lack of Support for Multiple Subscriptions
Product subscription platforms typically required separate accounts or subscriptions per child, creating confusion and making it hard for parents with more than one child to stay organized.
Stressful Decision Making Process
The wide range of baby products, brands, and price points often overwhelms parents, making it difficult to compare options and confidently choose what best fits their family’s needs.

Market Research
Wireframing
Prototyping
1
Market Research
Conducted market research to understand how parents currently manage baby product subscriptions and where existing services fall short.
2
Wireframing
Created wireframes to explore layout options for key user flows, including onboarding, subscription customization, and multi-child management. Focus was placed on minimizing steps, clarifying actions, and ensuring parents could easily navigate between product categories and child profiles.
3
Prototyping
Developed interactive prototypes to test essential features like the diaper size reminder system, subscription comparison tool, and the multi-subscription dashboard. These prototypes were used to validate usability by observing how parents navigated the app and interacted with personalized elements.

Efficient Decision Making Process
Automated Restock Scheduling
An automated subscription system was introduced to reduce the burden of manual restocking, allowing essential baby products to be delivered at user-defined intervals to ensure parents never run out of supplies.
Unified Dashboard for Multiple Subscriptions
A unified dashboard was developed to make it easier for families with multiple children to manage their subscriptions. Instead of creating separate accounts, parents can add all their children under a single account. Each child’s subscription can be customized with specific details, delivery schedules, and product preferences. The interface was designed for clarity, allowing parents to switch between profiles with ease.
Reminder Notifications
To support parents in managing their baby’s changing needs, a personalized reminder feature was implemented that prompts users to update diaper sizes as time goes on. Using the child’s birthdate and other relevant information provided during registration, the system calculates tailored reminder notifications for each user. The feature is based on established research around infant growth stages and recommended diaper sizes for each developmental phase. The aim was to reduce cognitive load and enhance the overall experience by anticipating user needs and addressing them proactively.
Efficient Decision Making Process
Subscription plans are displayed based on the available brands and their pricing. Parents can easily browse through the options and choose what best fits their needs. To further simplify decision making, a built in comparison tool and filtering system were integrated into the platform. These features allow users to sort products by factors such as age suitability, price range, and user reviews.
