Structuring Dense Content
Urbium provided written content that was wordy, complex, and difficult to navigate. The challenge was to revise and organize this information into a concise, engaging, and accessible format without losing depth.
Designing for a Multi-Faceted Website
The Urbium website needed to be a comprehensive view into the firm. The firm’s mission, services, portfolio, team, and sustainability goals all needed to be showcased without overwhelming the user. The challenge was not only to organize this information effectively, but to design an interface that made exploration feel intuitive. With multiple audience types, from potential investors to industry partners, the site had to offer a clear navigable structure that allowed users to find relevant information quickly.

Interviews
Held interviews with key members of the Urbium team to understand the firm’s goals, values, and content priorities. These insights helped guide decisions around structure, tone, and overall site direction.
2
Market Research
Carried out market research to evaluate how peer firms in the real estate investment space present themselves online. Special attention was given to content hierarchy and industry specific practices. A reference website provided by Urbium was also analyzed to understand their expectations, helping to align design choices with both internal goals and external standards.

Text Content Restructuring
To transform Urbium’s dense content into something more digestible, the text was first reviewed, edited, and broken into logical segments. Key themes and messaging pillars were identified to create specific sections.
Intuitive Design for multi-layered Content
A Clear navigation structure was developed to ensure a smooth and intuitive user journey across Urbium’s Multi-layered content. The UI emphasized clean layouts, anchored navigation elements, and contextual pathways between sections. Interactive elements like expandable menus and section highlights were used to guide users without overwhelming them, resulting in a browsing experience that felt both informative and accessible.
